At GlobalWorker, we believe in a future where technology and people work together to create real opportunities. That's why this fall, we're participating as business client in the international program HubSpot Marketing AI Micro-Internship.
In short: HubSpot brings smart students, passionate about marketing and AI. We bring our mission: to help companies in Europe recruit reliable Non-EU staff. And together, we create real campaigns, for real people, with real impact.
What does this mean for us and our customers?

We are thus preparing for a 2026 in which several companies they will find out how simple and secure it is to work with GlobalWorker.
Why is this program important?
Because the labor market is changing rapidly.
Employers need people.
Non-EU workers need secure jobs.
And a bridge is needed between these two worlds.
We are that bridge. And marketing helps us make it more visible.
Students involved in the project will learn how to use Hubspot tools to:
- telling the GlobalWorker story
- explain the benefits of international recruitment
- answering employers' questions in a clear and friendly manner
What result do we expect?
At the end of the collaboration, we will have:
- A complete and modern campaign about Non-EU recruitment in Europe
- New blog posts
- Fresh ideas to reach more employers
In short: more efficient, clearer communication and closer to market needs.
What do our partners gain?
If you are an employer, this initiative means for you:

And for international workers: campaigns that help them better understand how can I work legally and safely in Europe.
We are just getting started.
The program is underway October 29 – December 5, 2025. Along the way, we will publish:
