Professional experience is focused on providing legal advice to clients in the sector microenterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Subsequently, in the role of immigration specialist, he combines specific legal knowledge with an in-depth understanding of both the needs of clients and the recruited staff.
Sergiu joined our team in February 2025.

De asemenea dezvolta si mentine relatiile cu clientii existenti, identificandu-le nevoile si oferind solutii personalizate pentru imbunatatirea eficientei si productivitatii acestora.

Cătălin este Director de Marketing în cadrul GlobalWorker și coordonează strategia generală de promovare a brandului în România și pe piețele internaționale. Este responsabil de dezvoltarea campaniilor integrate de marketing digital, cu accent pe SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) și AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

Integrează tehnici avansate de optimizare semantică, structurare a datelor și redactare conversațională pentru a spori vizibilitatea companiei în interacțiunile bazate pe AI.
